CALL FOR ARTISTS LOVE UNITES US Coloring Book Share your hearts, love or unity artwork! PFLAG Rockland is seeking art from 24 artists for a new coloring book. Your participation will help make a difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ youth in Rockland County. PLEASE READ: - Interested artists may submit one (1) original work, JPG or PDF (300 dpi minimum) . - The artwork theme is hearts, love and unity. - LINE ARTWORK in BLACK/WHITE is preferred but color artwork and photographs will be considered. - COLOR ARTWORK or PHOTOGRAPHS will be converted to a black/white line drawing for the purposes of this coloring book, if selected. - The coloring book will measure 8.5" x 11” in a VERTICAL layout. - Each participating artist will be receive a solo feature on the PFLAG Rockland's Instagram and Facebook. - The artist allows free use of their art in the coloring booking and for promotional purposes. - Artists retain rights to their artwork. - Art MUST be appropriate for all ages. - PFLAG Rockland reserves the right to edit your submission for reproduction and promotional use. - Artists will be credited by name on their designs and the PFLAG Rockland website. - Each selected artist will receive a complimentary copy of the coloring book. - Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis. - Optional, to convert your artwork into a coloring page, please use https://colorscape.co/ - 2D art ONLY. - No AI created artwork. APPLICATION DEADLINE: JUNE 2, 2025 ELIGIBILITY: Open to all artists worldwide, age 18 and over. COLORING BOOK CELEBRATION: October 7th, 6:00pm at the Valley Cottage Library. Artists are expected to attend.
